West Coast's primary focus is on hotel and retail property sales and acquisitions with some work in other property types. The company focuses on transactions in California, Oregon and Washington through its own network of offices. In addition, the company represents select clients in other Western states though its affiliations with brokers in other states including Arizona, Idaho and Texas. The company's objective is to not try to be "all things to all clients", but to focus on investment properties sales and acquisitions, along with related services that benefit the client.OUR APPROACH

The Principals of West Coast make a concerted effort each and every day to put themselves in, "the client's shoes" when recommending the sale or acquisition of a real estate asset.

West Coast Investment Realty, Inc. was founded in the State of Oregon by David G. Caldwell in 1994 after a successful career as the Top Producer in investment property sales at a west coast regional real estate company. West Coast, a boutique investment brokerage and mortgage banking firm since 1994 provides its clients with highly focused investment property sales and mortgage banking services on the west coast.
In 2006 the company expanded, opening a larger corporate office in California including the addition of two more veteran investment brokers, Frank Eng and Jerry Levy in the California office as Principals.
