Jeff Rubin joined the West Coast Investment Realty team in the spring of 2008. Starting in the 1980's as a partner under Royal American management, Jeff carries a strong knowledge in hotel operations through the management and ownership of numerous properties. In the 1990's Mr. Rubin's career in the hospitality industry continued to excel and he became the director of franchise development for Hospitality Franchise Systems (now known as Cendant Corporation) before moving on to the same position with Choice Hotels International. Through his 20 plus years of experience is the hospitality industry, Jeff has developed a dynamic background in all aspects of the trade from the owner/operator perspective of profit maximization to corporate franchising.
